Notes
- Publication Requirement - For each accepted paper to be published in the conference proceedings, at least one author must complete a registration under the "Full Paper" category (i.e., Full Paper (IEEE Member), Full Paper (Non-Member)). Registrations as Student, Delegate, or Invited Speaker do not qualify for paper publication.
- Two or More Papers by the Same Author - If the same author (or same registrant) has two accepted papers, one paper must be registered as a Full Paper (choose the appropriate category above), and the second paper must be registered as an Additional Paper at RMB 2520 / USD 360. The total fee for two papers = Full Paper fee (according to your category and period) + RMB 2520 / USD 360. For more than two papers, each additional paper follows the same Additional Paper rate.
- On-site registration is processed in person at the venue. Please note that papers registered on-site may not be included in the proceedings if the printing schedule has already been finalized. We strongly recommend completing your registration by the regular deadline.
- All fees are in RMB and USD (exchange rate fixed at 1 USD = 7 RMB for registration purposes) and exclude any bank transfer charges.
Important: Any paper that does not have a completed registration before the deadline will be removed from the proceedings and the conference program.
Fraud Alert!
Conference staff will NOT call you to ask for payment via phone for registration, lodging, air tickets, etc. Please ignore any calls or emails that ask you to pay. If you receive any suspicious emails or phone calls from non-official contacts, please write to let us know.
Refund & Cancellation Policy
If a registrant requests cancellation and refund, the following refund policy applies:
- 30 days ahead of the conference: 60% of payment refund
- 15-30 days ahead of the conference: 40% of payment refund
- Within 15 days ahead of the conference: No refund
Written requests for cancellations must be sent to the Conference Secretary.
If a registrant is unable to attend the event for any reason, the conference committee encourages you to send a substitute in your place -- someone who is one of the co-authors or from the same institute/organization.
